Five o'clock somewhere

A drive up through the mountains, $30.00
Vendor tickets paid for on the streets for all day beer tasting: $80.00
Bell Pepper Sandwich for me: $4.00
Wild Boar Chili Fries for him: $4.50
Great time, with great people, and free entertainment along with some crazy bullshizzle: Priceless

Going to Boonville beer festival was a suggestion by my dad.  I have driven through there before, on my way to Fort Bragg, but I've never stopped.  Honestly didn't think there would be as many people as there were, but with a necklace around my neck with a mini pilsner mug in place, we were set to go.  It's an awesome festival, on a great piece of land, big enough to have 70+ breweries there.  Plenty of entertainment, people dressed in costumes, birthdays being celebrated, and old men falling asleep standing up.  Camping was a treat, campfires, chit chatting, tents ;)--  Sleeping, however was not part of the agenda apparently, but I still enjoyed myself.

And, of course with good company, anything, (even with the most annoying situations)....is a good time.

End of the day...
